P nominal pusch change from -80 to -88 and p nominal pucch change from -112 to -118.
Each vendor has different settings.
So it is important to know the vendor.
Vendor is Samsung.
No idea of Samsung.
But for example Nokia keeps PUSCH at -80 dBm.
While Huawei keeps PUSCH at -67 dBm.

My question in general is: how pusch and pucch helps in high congestion scenario?
Here we are changing pusch from -80 to -88 and pucch from -110 to -118.
