How can we improve in case there is a high RLF due to reason ‘Radio Connection with UE lost’?
When User Inactivity/Signalling Inactivity is detected at the eNB during RRC Connection Re-establishment procedure occurred by OutOfSync, eNB sends S1AP UE CONTEXT RELEASE REQUEST message with Radio Network Layer Cause ‘Radio Connection with UE lost’ to MME and generates the cause ‘C_ECCB_RADIO_LINK_FAILURE_BY_RRE’.
