High count of "inter_s1_ho_prep_fail_time"

Hi Experts.

Can someone please suggest what should be the recommende value for Nokia Parameter “LNBTS:tS1RelPrepL”?

Default is 500ms but getting high “inter_s1_ho_prep_fail_time”.

Make it 1-2 seconds.
