High 3G_CS DCR on MOCN Operator

Dear Experts.
We are doing 3G MOCN activity with the other operator in my home country.
After MOCN activation we are facing very high 3G_CS DCR on MOCN Operator .
If anyone have experienced such problem please share your views.
Highly appreciated.

Have you checked “Operator Group index” for external cells / nbr RNC?

  • Operator Group Index
  • Iur related featurs
  • PLMN included or not

These points you can check on priority

Is the issue only for CS or applicable for PS As well ?
