Help with interpretation of legends on GENEX assistant for pilot pollution points

I have these LEGENDs on GENEX assistant for pilot pollution points.
Any interpretation:

0 - 99.52%
1- 0.41%
2- 0.07%

The range continue up to 8 but from 3 to 8 is 0%

Any idea on the interpretation?

I’m guessing that’s number of cells within a certain RSRP, with the threshold defined somewhere within assistant
