Dear friends.

Our GSM cells are carrying SD Traffic, but its showing almost zero traffic on TCH.

Can you share any idea how to troubleshoot?

SDCCH traffic is generally pegged for SMS, check if TCH attempts are being made.

SMS yes.
GPRS no. GPRS Data for 2G is carried on TCH, not on SD

I meant data slot not tch for cs voice.

Thank you all. An update:

This issue has been resolved: issue was related to Transmission on 2G of the sites which caused this problem.
