I want to make intermitent downloading (aprox 20 KB every aprox 20 seconds). I know that on 3G and 4G exist power tail. If I use 3G or 4G on my project this technologies are very ineficient because of power tail. After finishing download and upload on GPRS/EDGE there would be something similar with power tail present on 3G and 4G? How often the phone would transmit after finishing download and upload on 2G?
