Good feature in LTE for Interference Mitigation in DL?

SS7 means 10:2:2, change to SS5 : 3:9:2.

Dear @Zubairullahshah, my query is for interference mitigation. Will change of ssf help?
I believe it’s used for ducting issues, right?

What is the relation between SS7 and interference?

Lower guard leads to intercell interference mainly in cities.
So either increasing guard period can resolve issue inspite it waste resources as channel estimation will be better.
Or adaptive icic is one of feature if we don’t want to increase guard period as time slot use both uplink and downlink in TDD.
Also SRS is good mainly at Special Subframe Slots.
All this things are useful in UL and DL interference and mitigation.
UL and DL in same timeslot and same radio frame can cause intercell interference which cannot be seen in FDD.
DL and UL interference is common for both FDD and TDD.
Ss5 is used mainly in dense cities, to reduce intercell interference.

This is as per my understanding, if I am wrong please guide me.

Hi,
CoMP exist for both UL and DL

Hi zubair ,
Can ss7 to ss5 parameter help us to mitigate atmospheric Ducting.

I suggest to change Powe control type and initial P0 value set - 115
