Any network with G2U HO enabled?
Can any one shere when RNC will start measurement control for UE after G2U HO?
In Huawei RNC, after Relocation Complete message to CN, measurement control will start. But it should start after HO_UTRAN_CMP from UE. No definition in 3GPP for this
