Today I’m excited to share a project I’ve been developing focused on transforming telecom site rollout operations using AI-driven orchestration and automation.
For years, telecom deployment workflows have depended heavily on:
- Emails
- Excel sheets
- Manual follow-ups
- ERP systems
- offline dashboard
- Meetings
- Complicating departmental systems
This creates delays, visibility issue, resource conflicts, and reactive operations.
To solve this, I designed an enterprise-grade AI Telecom Rollout Deployment Platform capable of orchestrating the full site deployment lifecycle from planning to on-air activation.
The platform is designed for telecom operators and infrastructure companies and includes:
(Video attached show the desgin by using the mock data is dense 64 sites across 5 Iraqi regions, 2 vendors, 7 phases, AI risk scores, blockers)
- AI-powered workflow orchestration
- Real-time rollout command center
- Delay prediction & bottleneck detection
- Smart task assignment & escalation
- Microsoft 365 / Teams / Outlook integration
- WhatsApp & mobile field updates
- Multi-department coordination
- OSS/BSS & database integration
- AI Copilot for rollout operations
- Predictive deployment analytics
- On-premise AI deployment architecture
The solution transforms rollout operations from:
Reactive →
Predictive
Manual →
Automated
Siloed →
Unified
Spreadsheet-driven →
AI-Orchestrated
One of the most exciting parts was designing the platform as a telecom-grade operational ecosystem — not just another dashboard.
The architecture supports:
- PMO
- RF
- Transmission
- Power
- Civil
- NOC
- Logistics
- Vendors
- Regulatory teams
- Executive management
…all connected through a unified AI workflow engine.
The platform also introduces an AI Rollout Copilot capable of:
- Generating executive summaries
- Detecting rollout risks
- Forecasting deployment delays
- Recommending mitigation actions
- Automating escalation management
This project reflects my passion for combining:
Telecom Infrastructure + AI + Operational Automation + Real-Time Intelligence
Next phase:
- Autonomous orchestration
- AI-driven optimization engine
- Drone integration
- Computer vision site validation
- Digital twin rollout simulation
The future of telecom rollout operations will not be managed by spreadsheets — it will be orchestrated by AI.
