Do you know how to forbid srvcc for roamers users ?
In core or radio side do you know how to prevent roamer users performing attempts of srvcc ?

ok first to be clear are you talking about inbound roamers or outboundroamers?Secondly are you having both volte roaming agreement(S8HR) and normal 3G/4G agreement ?This problem is there only for those.Either way you can do it through MTAS and MSC .
