For 5g NR-DC, can we have FR2+FR1 or its always FR1+FR2?

I think It can be possible but logic is to have control channel at lower frequency range.
Idea is from 2G time of 900 and 1800 band.
900 BCCH 1800 TCH layer.

Lower frequency better quality and control channels are protected more than data channels.
