Based on what criteria can I determine that the EnodeB cannot accommodate more users (UL throughput)?
Incase of max.ul throughput per EnodeB= 12 mbps
Avarage UL per cell= 3.3 mbps
And they want to add fixed camera over lte using above site.
what are the important parameters to determine? To give them green light to add?
