For Huawei - Go to U2000 - Performance - Query Result - From any user go to new query - (If display by Level 1:NE Type, Level 2: Function Subset - go to NodeB - Measurement related to Iub (UMTS) - Iub Measurement per NodeB - select these 2 KPI field : VS.IPDIMaxUsed.1
