Filter Coefficients fc4 and fc9

Dear Experts,
Please tell what is meaning of filter coefficient rsrp having value fc4 and fc9.
What impact these 2 values will give in measurement?

Filter coefficient will give you how many measurements are averaged by UE with a special formula to generate layer 3 filtered value of rsrp for comparing and reporting events.
You should use fc3 in 3G and fc6 in 4G.

So value fc4 and fc9 don’t create any difference, right?

It will create difference: fc9 instead of fc6 in LTE it will trigger handovers slower/later meaning that it might increase drop rate and degrade throughput.
