Filter coefficient for LTE intrafrequency not mentioned in any RRC reconfig message

Guys, I have one LTE question:

If filter coefficient for LTE intrafrequency is not mentioned in any RRC reconfig message it means it is 4 (as default value)?

Only if 6 or 8 it will be mentioned, is it right?
