File structure of MME-CHR traces (.bil files)

Dear all, can anyone tell me how can I parse “*.bil” MME-CHR files? I need file structure to write parser for it.
any document or information is really appreciated.

Any one has worked on Huawei .bil files from MME ?
I want to decode hex format into plain text.

Did you figure out the file format, I’m getting the same issue now, tried to reverse engineer the file but too complicated to identify all fields
