Feature or MO related to “attach without PDN connectivity” on eNB

Hi Experts.

Do we have any feature or MO related to “attach without PDN connectivity” on eNB?

Or is it activated by default on all eNB?

Vendor is Huawei.

As per 3gpp attach can be uniquely done without the pdn connectivity to the network.

I didn’t find anything in Hedex.

In Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung we are activating this feature/MO separately.

But didn’t find for Huawei nodes…
