someone to use feature RAN 2717(Smart Lte Layering) in Nokia and to know how UE select the eutran after rrc_connection_release, If there are more than one defined ADJL’s with different Abs_priority?
This is blind redirection from wcdma to lte but UE always select the lower priority earfcn
