"error vector magnitude (EVM)" under DL256QAM Accessory Switch for Huawei FDD and TDD

Hello Experts,
Does anyone aware about “error vector magnitude (EVM)” under DL256QAM Accessory Switch for Huawei FDD and TDD?

There is unique definition for it.

Per Ericsson definition system it is like this:

The performance of 256-QAM, is depending on the transmitter Error Vector Magnitude(EVM). Low EVM means increased throughput.

To achieve a decreased EVM, the radio headroom must increase. The radio headroom isdefined as the difference between the Radio HW capability, parameter, and the totalconfiguredOutputPower in the radio unit. Some radio configurations require that theconfigured output power is reduced.

The addedminimum power headroomvaluerequirement is either1.8dB or2.3dB. Thisminimum value depends on the radio unit type.

Thanks
I have seen power headroom as a DT parameter.
How to check through OSS, any idea?
Have latest HW on sites with SRAN 16.1, not sure how to check minimum headroom require to enable this switch.
