Does ericsson ANR will add NSA Anchor as well?

@eimanrazak I am not sure if I got your question correctly. If you mean whether the anchoring capability of the newly added LTE neighbor via ANR is auto defiend or not, then the answer it depends on the status of X2
If X2 is created as a result of neighbor addition then NSA anchoring is auto defined. However, if X2 is already created prior to neighbor addition, then NSA anchoring capability is not auto defined until X2 is refreshed ( via lock/unlock for example)
