cygwin 64-bit is currently not supported. please install 32bit cygwin after bash command. plz guide

I have deployed entire 4G LTE enviroment in docker. All the UE’s are connecting successfully. But I don’t know to connect to eNodeB using moshell as people are using 169.254.1.1 or 169.254.2.2 ip’s . I was confused a lot about this. Can you please guide me through this scenario on how to connect to eNodeB using moshell. However eNodeB and all components are deployed in docker environment.
