What strategies and technologies can be employed to improve mobile signal coverage within a 50-meter-tall residential high-rise building?
Indoor small Cell improve network Strenth in buildings. It deliver high-capacity, flexible coverage inside buildings with low power, compact and efficient design, integrated management and security, and can be rapidly deployed and scaled for 4G or 5G connectivity.
Depend on the materials of the structure and the bands you are using.
For indoor coverage, low bands are good.
In my network we use for indoor coverage bands 5 and 28.
Mid range bands also penetrate but depends on the structure.
I use bands 2 and 4, band 41 on trial.
For other clients that have strong structures we use indoor microcells, extended sectors and DAS for Malls.
I believe the most “guaranteed” solution would be DAS.
