With UE debug messages at NAS level, one can debug this issue.
Since it’s not possible to share the log, can you check if it’s possible to share the initial RRC reconfiguration for data eps bearer, corresponding NAS level activate def bearer request and the RRC reconfiguration message for NSA activation?
