DUW D drive memory full

Hi All,

There is a 3G site working with DUW 41 01, I am trying to upgrade the software but it says that there is no enough memory. I checked the free space memory available in C and D drive, in C drive there is 85% free space available but in the D drive there is only 3% free space is available. Please help me how to clean unwanted files in the D drive.

Hi, @Mani. I believe it is full of old CV’s. Try to delete some of them cvls/cvrm.

Thanks, I did but there is not change at all , in fact the old CVs are less than 20 .

Usually, it is enough to delete the old CV and UP. In this case, it is difficult to say what can be removed safely. There may be some log files, but if this file is open for writing, there may be unpleasant consequences. If possible, it is better to contact technical support. You can also re-integrate with formatting.
