Whether UE indicates it support SRB3 in capability message or not?
Yes, UE indicates every Capability it supports in NR to the newtork.
However if SR3 is deployed network can specifically ask UE if it supports SRB3 feature.
Can you show procedure: how network ask and UE response about SRB3 capability?
