Does UE Have its internal timers which can control RAT Selection?
Earlier Fast Return to NR was activated in our network and Now it’s disabled.
UE is going back to NR from LTE without Redirection and HO.
In L3 signalling flow RRC release message ( from ENB to UE ) is not seen.
UE might doing idle mode cell re-selection ( LTE → NR ) based on LTE SIB24.
No idle mode reselection.
After voice call end on LTE UE goes back to NR without getting RRC release message.

Could you please share what is LTE_RRC_reconfig msg content after A4 event?
It contains LTE measurement objects.
Here in log sequence A2 then A4 event has been configured, it clearly indicates serving LTE cell is going down and network has configured A4 (for neighbor cell meas).
One possibility is in captured UE logs all L3 logs is not captured/displayed…
Is this reproducible always?
In this case A4 triggered for CA scell addition and A2 for inter frequency.
In normal scenario UE receives RRC release message and than gets redirected to NR or handover from LTE to NR is triggered after B2 event.
