When LTE anchor of UE with 5G NSA connected trying to handover to non-anchor LTE layer at cell edge and no other anchor available anymore, what will happen?
will it release the sgnb?
if released then will UE forwarded the nr-RadioBearerConfig1-r15 IE toward the non anchor layer?
will the HO failed then?
when we see nr-RadioBearerConfig1-r15, is it UE really in connected to 5G or it could be not connected but just information element forwarded from previous?
