Does NB-IoT technology support connected mode handover?

Hello all.

NB-IoT technology do not support connected mode handover, only reselection is there.

Is this correct?

Correct!

NB-Iot does not support Handovers.

Means it is for stationary things only, because in mobility case when user / device moves from one cell to other in dedicated mode, data don’t work resulting failure of data.

But why there is no handover mechanism?
