Does eutran-CGI-Reporting IE impact 4G ANR feature or 5G only?

4G ANR only.
For 5G there are other IE in UE capability information.

But why is it part of NR capability msg?

For 4G we eutran capabiliy msg and in it fgi bit for 4g anr is different?

For 4G ANR we checked only FGI bits enabled or not.

But in 5G UE capability info, what does eutran cgi reporting mean?
That it supports ANR for 4G while it’s connected to NR SA/NSA?
Or something else?
Whats it’s exact functionality?

It is for adding neighbors between 4G and 5G.

Yes I read it before asking but it referes to a 3gpp doc TS 38.331 [9] which itself refers to a different 3gpp doc and from here. Just nothing.
