Does (DU) MAC clears off PUCCH resources when it receives UE_CONTEXT_MODIFICATION_REQUEST from CU?

Not required, PUCCH resources are part of cellgroup config only and DU owns the cell group config.

So at high level UE context modification will not make a impact.
