Whether beamforming depends on the frequency band or it can be applied irrespective of the band sub-GHz or mmWave?

Hybrid beamforming and massive MIMO are common candidates for 5G.

Massive MIMO, for example, may use multi-antenna arrays and spatial multiplexing to transmit multiple independent signals.

Depend upon 5G bands.
