These are extensions of existing DL and UL DCI formats.

Hi,
DCI formats 0_2 and 1_2 are called as Compact DCI which is used to improve Reliability using smaller payload and reducing code rate . Only in specific use cases (URLLC scheduling)that require the reliability improvements.
