Hello team, please I conducted a drive test on 3G and the planning engineer made the below comment:
“DN is HSDPA KPI plot in Y sector need to be defined.”
Can any one explain to me what it means?
Does it have anything to do from field.

Some nbr relation is missing and it showing as DN ( Detected neighbor) which need to be define… ask planning team if you know exact cell id of detected nbr

They are detected neighbor n need to reaffirm their location before adding them is important
