Difference between SINR and CINR

Hi experts,
What is the difference between SINR (Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio) and CINR (Carrier to Interference and Noise Ratio) in LTE?
I’ve often seen both terms used interchangeably, but I was wondering what is the technical difference between them.
