Many devices support you can find these in cacombos.com. Example look device with UL LTE Category higher than 6 example.

It depends on type of the 4G network and how good of high 4G Cat penetration are.
For let’s say “not so developed” regions, UE with Cat4 penetration is still very high. Whereas for Europe/North America regions penetration with higher UE cat. can be much higher.
The same about such features as UL CA.
