Design of Bandwidth based on Spectrum

Dear Experts.

If operator have 90 Mhz spectrum in n41 TDD, what cell bandwidth they chose?

As 90 MHz require UE support, whether they consider 80 MHz only as more UE support 80 MHz.

Operator can have cell BW = 90 Mhz, and they should configure 2 BWPs of 80 MHz and 90 MHz.

UE not supporting 90 MHz will be using 80 MHz.
