I faced an issue in 3G would you please support?
We have deactived R99 background services for 128, 144, 256 and 384 bit/rates.
Now we see HSUPA payload and troughput decreased too much, number of 2Ms user also decreased
Uplink R99 payload and troughput increased.
Vendor is Huawei.
