Core Network, gNB and UE running on different time

Hi Experts.

1. What will happen if my Core Network, gNB and UE all 3 are running on different time. Let’s say there is 1 min or 10 min different between each. How will this impact the system?
2. How does the UE derives the time from CN? Which message carries it?

UE vs NW: Doesn’t matter much.
