Here I see, one gNB-CU can have multiple gNB-DUs. In such a situation, does each gNB-DU will have same PCI or different? If different, then will they use different PSS sequence for every PCI.

CU and DU are parts of a gNB. There is no relation between PCI and CU/DU. A PCI corresponds with a cell, physical or logical. So if there are two SSBs on a NR carrier, that means there are two logical cells and two PCIs.
