I am facing zero ENDC traffic on some nodes for a long time.
There are many nodes with zero traffic on every layer.
What configurations do I check or any other solution?

Yes. There is traffic on the neighboring sites but not on others.
Can you explain more the issue u have, which vendor are u using, try first check availability to know if the cells are radiating or not, than do a restart if the availability is ok
