Check if Operators is having SA deployment or NSA deployment

Hi All,
Is there any way to check in Wireshark if operators is having SA deployment or NSA deployment?

You can look for Reconfiguration message → inside that SCG Conf.

If that shows messages than it shows NSA.

In current Wireshark in RRC Reconfig I didn’t find SCG conf IE.
Does it means SA deployment?
