Change QPSK/16QAM/64QAM/256QAM thresholds to have more MB Volume per Hz

Hello guys, I have a question.
In my Huawei LTE FDD 1900MHz network (20MHz+20MHz) I have some cells that has poor DL Quality due to bad SINR, RSRQ, etc.
My question is: Is there a way to change the QPSK/16QAM/64QAM/256QAM threshold so I can have more MB volume per Hz?
Like, change MCS table or something like that?
To force the UE to modulate in 16QAM instead of QPSK?

Basically you want to increase Spectral Efficiency of those cells.

As you have mentioned quality impact due to poor sinr, hence pl drive through root cause table.

Then go for CODEC rate optimization with features help.

In Huawei system, any clue of which feature or parameter that can help?

Do you have parameter like modulation scheme downlink uplink?

Will check.
But last time (2015) I checked these values were hard coded.
Changing these values would mean higher BLER.
So don’t expect significant gains by increasing thresholds.

You can but this will increase the BLER values and retransmissions.

Hence you can go through Family CellDlschAlgo for thresholds to adjust mobility in RANKs, “RankChangeAttemptMcsThld”.

Also in MIMO Family you can fix the initial MIMO mode to TM4.

Change pdcchmaxcoderate.
Or tm4mode.
check Rank parameters.
Pucchformat2channelallocation as random.
Initial delta cqi depending on bler.
