Yes, I use it and got a basic license a while ago.
It’s creator has a Telegram group which you can join here:
It supports dualsim, and band locking amongst other features.
It has some free features, then for advanced stuff you have a monthly/yearly fee, just like Network Signal Guru.
Price varies depending on the stuff you use. I don’t need logging or mapping, just realtime cell monitoring, so I haven’t tested it deeply.
Usually I disable my second SIM for the tests, so it doesn’t interfere with my tests.

I’ve seen tools like Cellular-Pro used mainly for quick signal parameter checks and band locking in field work.
In practice, for service-level KPIs (voice, web, video, speed), sometimes you don’t need deep RF signaling access — simpler measurements can be more efficient for short tasks.
Curious what others here prefer for quick on-site testing beyond deep protocol tools.
