Can you restrict TAC access to one UE for testing purposes?
In ZTE MME with Ericsson eNode for example?
Is restriction aided by RAN or strictly in MME?
Not sure how ZTE MME works but TAC can be blocked from MME side as well.
Yes, it’s blocked at MME end.
I don’t think Radio side is intelligent enough to block specific UE.
