Can we schedule CMAS and ETWS in single paging message?
Need to read up, but looking at quick standards it may be possible since CMAS is Sib12, ETWS is Sib10 and Sib11.
Paging can be cascaded to tell if all these are being scheduled.
Question is if there is need to use both system at same time?
How will user see both this earning same time?

I think paging needed in connected mode by core network to alert user for incoming warning message
