Can we allocate 10 MHz in area 1 and 20 MHz in area 2 from our 20 MHz 4G band?

In these low utilized area your SE always low and wasting energy money for 20M , 10M.

Better option what I think might be different opinions

Sometime operators shut down MIMO for energy efficiency for longer battery life in critical situations, so instead of doing this you can utilize 10M if it’s already in place.

If it is possible, should we refarm a buffer zone?

What we would be the impact on QoS?

If area is overlapping, interference will be there.

f non-overlapping, better to use the same ARFCN to avoid unnecessary interfrequency measurements.
