Can UE register in the CS domain related to operator A and the PS domain associated with another operator at the same time?

I’m not an expert, but I think this is not possible.

The SIM card authentication is done with a specific operator (the keys sent in the attach procedure) and hence one will be related to a specific operator and the other will be rejected.

Both will register independently into their operator for CS/PS.

I wish to say that You can only register one cellular network at a time & one data session can be established which h ever is selected.
To register two different operators at same time, you need two Transmitters & 2 receivers in our handset .
