Can UE measure crs of 2 sites at the same time?

Hello Everyone.

LTE FDD sites using frequency synchronization, so the actual time of radio frame/slot/symbol between sites can be different.
CRS is always transmitted on symbol 0, but if time offset is 1 symbol, site B transmit CRS at symbol 1 of site A.
A&B are intra-freq neighbors, can UE measure crs of 2 sites at the same time?

How will UE know crs of second site if it isn’t synchronized to second site?
Wouldn’t it appear as interference to it.

I guess the real question is who is serving UE, is it already synchronized to one site?

Do you have TDD also?

The current situation is FDD sites just use freq-synch, not time-synch.
