When sending NGAP messages, like NGAP: UE Context Release Command, can we have more than one cause?
Reading TS 38.413, I cannot find a clear answer. It seems we can have a single cause. However, what if there are sub-cases for a cause which means we have a major cause, and then it’s subcase?
